Summer is all about the intensity of the light. We associate it with fun, freedom and abundant energy. It is the time when we want to be outdoors to soak up the sun's warmth.

Because we are skincare fanatics, we also want to protect our skin from any unnecessary UV damage. Examples of sun damage can show up as dark spots, wrinkles, uneven skin tone and rough skin. 1 head of organic romaine lettuce
1 cup of organic spinach
1 organic apple
1 organic pear
1 banana
3-4 stalks of organic celery
Juice of 1/2 of a lemon
1.5 cups of filtered water

Put everything into your blender and enjoy.
